Private Commissions

Last updated: 4 October 2026

1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by:

KRAVETS EXPERIENCES
Owner: Gasama Kravets
Waldeggweg 5
8302 Kloten
Switzerland

Email: kravets@experiences.com

Kravets Experiences specialises in the conception, planning and coordination of bespoke private experiences in Switzerland and internationally.

Each commission is individually developed according to the client's intentions, requirements and agreed investment framework.

These Terms & Conditions apply unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable mandatory law.

 2. Enquiries and Acceptance of Commissions

All enquiries are considered individually.

Submitting an enquiry, attending an introductory consultation or receiving preliminary information does not create a contractual obligation.

Kravets Experiences reserves the right to accept or decline any prospective commission before a binding agreement has been established, subject to applicable law.

A commission may be declined for reasons including availability, feasibility, safety considerations, insufficient resources or incompatibility with our services and professional standards.

Kravets Experiences is not obliged to disclose detailed commercial reasons for declining a prospective commission, except where required by law.

Once a binding agreement has been concluded, the commission may be terminated only in accordance with the agreement and applicable law.

3. Private Introduction

An initial introductory consultation of approximately 15–20 minutes is provided without charge.

Its purpose is to understand the proposed experience, the intended recipient, the client's objectives and the anticipated investment.

The introductory consultation does not include the development of a detailed concept, supplier research or confirmed reservations.

4. Concept Development

Following the initial consultation, clients may commission the development of an individual creative concept.

Concept development fees generally begin at:

- CHF 1,500 for commissions with an anticipated investment of CHF 15,000–25,000
- CHF 2,500 for commissions with an anticipated investment of CHF 25,000–50,000
- Individually agreed fees for larger or particularly complex commissions

The applicable fee and scope will be agreed in writing before work begins.

Payment is generally required in advance.

The concept development phase may include an individual creative direction, selected experience elements, an indicative investment framework and one agreed feedback round.

Where the client subsequently commissions Kravets Experiences to execute the approved concept, the agreed concept development fee will be credited towards the total investment.

If the client does not proceed with the full commission, the concept development agreement will be settled according to the work performed, the agreed terms and applicable law.

Advance payment does not automatically exclude statutory refund or termination rights.

5. Confirmation of a Commission

Following concept approval, Kravets Experiences will provide an individual proposal or agreement specifying:

- The agreed services
- The investment framework
- The scope of concept development and execution
- Payment arrangements
- Relevant supplier conditions
- Any applicable contingency allowance
- Cancellation and termination provisions

The commission becomes binding when the parties have agreed upon its essential terms and it has been accepted through the agreed confirmation process.

No binding third-party reservations will be made before the necessary approvals and agreed funding have been received, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

6. Investment and Payment

Private commissions generally begin at CHF 15,000.

The final investment depends on the nature, complexity, location and individual requirements of the experience.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the standard payment schedule is:

Concept Development

The agreed concept development fee is payable before the concept development phase begins.

Commission Confirmation

An initial payment bringing the total amount paid to 50% of the agreed maximum investment is generally required upon confirmation of the full commission.

Any concept development fee eligible for credit will be included in this calculation.

Final Payment

The remaining scheduled balance is generally due 30 calendar days before the experience.

For international, time-sensitive or particularly complex commissions, a higher initial payment or individual payment schedule may be required.

All payment arrangements will be communicated and agreed before the relevant contractual commitments are made.

7. Contingency Allowance

Where appropriate, the agreed investment framework may include a separately identified contingency allowance.

This allowance is intended to cover agreed additional costs arising from changes in circumstances, including weather, transport disruption, supplier unavailability or other relevant complications.

As an internal planning guideline, contingency allowances may range from approximately 5% to 20% of the agreed investment, depending on the complexity and risks of the commission.

The exact amount will be agreed individually. The contingency allowance is not an additional management fee.

Expenditure from the allowance will be subject to the agreed scope and authorisation limits.

Following completion or lawful termination, Kravets Experiences will provide an appropriate reconciliation of the allowance. Any unused and refundable balance will be returned to the client, subject to outstanding obligations and applicable law.

8. Changes and Additional Requests

Clients may request changes to an agreed commission.

Kravets Experiences will assess the feasibility of requested modifications, taking into account timing, supplier availability, existing commitments and the overall intention of the experience.

Material changes may affect the agreed investment.

Additional costs outside the authorised budget require the client's approval, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

9. Cancellation by the Client

Clients are requested to communicate cancellations in writing as early as possible.

The financial consequences of cancellation will depend on the individual agreement, services already performed,

commitments entered into and applicable law.

Relevant charges may include:

- Lawfully payable fees for work already performed
- Reasonably incurred expenses
- Binding third-party commitments
- Applicable supplier cancellation charges
- Any additional compensation legally recoverable in the circumstances

Amounts recovered from suppliers and costs avoided will be taken into account where applicable.

Kravets Experiences will provide an appropriate reconciliation of the relevant amounts.

Any remaining refundable balance will be returned to the client.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes mandatory statutory rights of termination or reimbursement.

10. Cancellation or Termination by Kravets Experiences

Before a binding agreement has been established, Kravets Experiences may decline a prospective commission in accordance with Section 2.

Following contractual confirmation, Kravets Experiences may terminate a commission where permitted by the individual agreement or applicable law.

Circumstances may include serious safety concerns, unlawful requests, material breaches of contractual obligations or other circumstances making continued performance unreasonable. Any termination will be communicated to the client as promptly as reasonably possible.

Kravets Experiences will account for payments received, services performed, relevant expenses and outstanding obligations in accordance with the contract and applicable law.

Any mandatory rights to reimbursement, compensation or other remedies remain unaffected.

11. Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances

Certain experiences depend on conditions outside the reasonable control of Kravets Experiences.

These may include:

- Adverse weather
- Transport restrictions
- Supplier cancellations
- Safety requirements
- Regulatory restrictions
- Other unforeseen disruptions

Kravets Experiences seeks to anticipate relevant risks and coordinate suitable alternatives wherever reasonably possible. However, the availability or operation of a particular activity, location or transport service cannot be guaranteed where circumstances prevent its safe or lawful delivery.

Where material changes are required, the client will be informed and appropriate alternatives discussed.

Any resulting payment, refund or cancellation rights will be determined under the individual agreement and applicable mandatory law.

12. International Commissions

Kravets Experiences may conceive and coordinate services outside Switzerland.

International commissions may involve independent providers operating under local laws and contractual conditions.

Relevant booking requirements, cancellation conditions, foreign currency costs and other material expenses will be communicated as appropriate.

Where applicable, mandatory local regulations, international consumer protection requirements and travel legislation take precedence over conflicting contractual terms.

Where a commission qualifies as a package travel arrangement, the relevant mandatory legal provisions apply, including any required financial protection arrangements.

13. Third-Party Providers

Individual commissions may involve external providers such as hotels, venues, transport operators and other specialists.

The contractual responsibilities of Kravets Experiences and the respective providers will depend on the individual agreement and the nature of the services supplied.

Relevant third-party conditions will be communicated as appropriate.

Kravets Experiences remains responsible for its own contractual obligations and does not exclude liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

14. Health and Safety

Clients are requested to communicate relevant requirements that may reasonably affect the suitability or safe delivery of an experience. This may include accessibility needs, dietary requirements, pregnancy-related considerations or other relevant circumstances.

Only information reasonably necessary for the planning and delivery of the experience should be shared.

Certain activities may be subject to medical recommendations, safety restrictions or conditions imposed by qualified providers.

Kravets Experiences may recommend modifications where particular arrangements appear unsuitable.

Applicable legal responsibilities remain unaffected.

15. Confidentiality and Privacy

Discretion is fundamental to the philosophy of Kravets Experiences.

Personal information is handled with care and used for legitimate purposes connected with the enquiry or agreed commission.

Relevant information may be shared with selected partners where reasonably necessary to fulfil the agreed services and where legally permitted. Kravets Experiences does not sell personal information. Further details are available in our Privacy Policy.

16. Photography and Publicity

Kravets Experiences respects the privacy of its clients and their guests.

Identifiable client photographs, names or confidential details will not knowingly be published for promotional purposes without appropriate authorisation.

Any professional photography or videography included within a commission will be governed by the individual agreement.

17. Intellectual Property

Creative concepts, original presentation materials and other content developed by Kravets Experiences may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise agreed, clients receive the rights necessary to enjoy the agreed services and deliverables.

Any wider commercial use or reproduction rights must be agreed separately where applicable.

Nothing in this section restricts rights that already belong to the client or another rights holder.

18. Liability

Kravets Experiences undertakes to perform its contractual obligations with appropriate professional care.

Liability is determined in accordance with the individual agreement and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by mandatory law, including applicable restrictions on the exclusion of liability for unlawful intent or gross negligence.

19. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law, subject to applicable mandatory provisions.

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts competent under applicable law.

Mandatory consumer jurisdiction and other statutory protections remain unaffected.

20. Amendments

Kravets Experiences may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The version applicable to a commission will generally be the version incorporated into the agreement at the time of its conclusion, unless the parties validly agree otherwise.

Updated Terms & Conditions will be published on our website.
